1. Shipping Policy
1.1. Shipping of Products
- Order Processing: Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we will process your order within 1-2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with your order details and estimated delivery time.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping for all orders within India. Orders are shipped via trusted courier partners to ensure timely and secure delivery.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges may vary based on the weight, size, and destination of the package. The applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location. Delivery to remote areas may take longer.
- Tracking Your Order: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to track the status of your shipment online.
- International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping. Our services and products are available only within India.
1.2. Shipping of Services
- Digital Services: For services such as online consultations, no physical shipping is required. Upon booking, you will receive confirmation details via email with instructions on how to access the service.
- Physical Services: For services requiring in-person visits, such as consultations or treatments, no shipping is involved. Appointment details will be confirmed via email or phone.
2. Refund Policy
2.1. Product Refunds
- Eligibility: We accept returns and provide refunds for products that are unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain products, such as personalized health supplements, genetic testing kits once used, and perishable items, are not eligible for return or refund.
- Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at prime@caremithra.com with your order number and reason for the return. Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to return the product.
- Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
2.2. Service Refunds
- Consultation Services: If you need to cancel an online or in-person consultation, please do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
- Longevity Retreat and Other Programs: Cancellations for programs such as the Longevity Retreat must be made at least 30 days in advance to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the program start date are non-refundable. Please refer to the specific program’s terms and conditions for more details.
- Refund Processing: Refunds for services will be processed within 7-10 business days after approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
